  • Our season begins on May 1st and ends on October 31st. During the season, we are open Thursday-Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

  • The grounds are open all day, every day, regardless of our operating hours. There are plenty of beautiful places to sit and gardens to admire.

  • Unfortunately, the second floor of the museum is not wheelchair accessible. For visitors who are unable to go up the main staircase, we offer a virtual tour of the exhibits on the second floor. We also have chairs placed in the museum so visitors can rest their legs.

  • A full price list for ticket pricing will be available soon.

  • YES! For young visitors to the museum we offer activities such as exhibit bingo, scavenger hunts, and coloring pages. We also offer fun prizes for any children who complete an activity here!

  • The gardens on our property are entirely maintained by volunteers! We work closely with the Waynesville Garden Club and Mountain View Garden Club to keep the grounds beautiful.
