Candlelight Tours

Tours will take place at 49 Shelton Street, Waynesville, NC 28786 on the following days:

Friday, December 5th at 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, December 6th at 7:00 p.m.

Friday, December 12th at 7:00 p.m.

Sunday, December 14th at 7:00 p.m.

Candlelight Tours of the museum take place on December 5, 6, 12, and 14 at 7:00 p.m. For each tour, attendees will tour the museum as it is decorated for the holidays, with beautiful foliage from the Mountain View Garden Club and Waynesville Garden Club. The tours include information about the crafts on display in each exhibit as well as the history of the house, built for the Shelton family in 1875. As you tour the home you will be able to enjoy live music from harp player Tina Morgan, as well as provided hors d’oeuvres and drinks (wine, sparkling cider, and water).
